These terms cover businesses using reeview. By creating an account you agree to them.
reeview gives you a QR code linking to a short survey. Customers rate their visit, answer a few questions, and are offered a draft review built from what they wrote, which they can edit and choose to post to Google themselves. You get a dashboard of the results.
Reviews are written and posted by your customers, from their own devices and accounts. We never post on anyone's behalf and never generate a review the customer has not seen and approved.
Google's policies prohibit review gating — showing the review option only to satisfied customers — and since April 2026 they enforce it. We therefore ship with that turned off. If you switch it on in your settings, you do so at your own risk, and any consequence to your Google Business Profile is yours, not ours.
You must not:
Breaching these lets us suspend the account without refund.
Contact details your customers provide are yours, held by us on your behalf. You must use them only for what the customer consented to, honour deletion requests, and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can export or request deletion at any time.
Accounts start with a 30-day trial. After that the subscription is billed monthly in advance and continues until cancelled. Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Review drafting depends on third-party language models and may occasionally be unavailable; when it is, feedback is still collected and nothing is lost.
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost business, lost reviews, or any action a third-party platform takes against your listing.
